A2SL Internship Program

A2SL's Internship Program focuses on the practicum portion of interpreting education to gain real-world experiences in community interpreting. We provide interpreter field-direct support and a lead mentor throughout the internship semester. This program is best for up-and-coming professionals who are in their final year of their interpreting program.

 

Our internship program is highly competitive and selective, as spots are limited. Each year, one to two spots are automatically reserved for our local interpreting program, by program director referral. We extend one outside internship spot per semester based on career goals. Currently, we have all internship spots through Summer of 2026 filled.
